Westworld‘s back! After what feels like an eternity (Westworld Season 1 debuted in October of 2016) HBO’s best hope for a post-Game of Thrones flagship is returning for a second season. Here’s a brief recap of season one: you’re probably a robot.

HBO is doing well with original programming in April. The network/streamer is bringing us two very controversial looks at prominent figures. One is the Martin Luther King documentary King in the Wilderness, that covers a very different, very human side to the civil rights leader than most are accustomed to. The other is the scripted Paterno, which features Al Pacino depicting disgraced Penn State football coach Joe Paterno.

Documentary series Vice also returns for a sixth season on April 6 and Wyatt Cenac’s docuseries Wyatt Cenac: Problem Areas arrives on April 13.

That’s a lot of original content for HBO and good for them. April’s a time for new beginnings. Those interested in just the hits, however, should find refuge with movies like War for the Planet of the Apes, Final Destination, and Bad Boys II

Here are some of the highlights coming to HBO Now and HBO Go in April 2018 via HBO PR.
